 Let's go back to 2019. People used to travel to many places whenever they wanted to. While individuals did follow hygiene, they did not sanitize their hands every time they entered a mall or any other place for that concern. 

People used to have a meal together with their colleagues from work, students get together during lunch with their friends in school or colleges or just hanging out with friends in general. People wished or congratulated each other with a handshake or a hug. There was no constraint of wearing a mask.

The present time:

Now though, the Covid-19 has changed everything and its effects would last. This is 2021, where everything became ‘online’ and all of the activities which people do became heedful. People started adopting new ways which enable them to carry on their day-to-day life. 

Nearly all the industries varying from marketing, education, and healthcare have transformed their approach to remain viable. Firms could no longer enjoy the comfort of operating ' business as usual '.

Embracing innovation and staying relevant in the changing times became a necessity. 

The business industries are no different. Companies have spent much of their time scrambling to adapt to extraordinary circumstances. Organizations all over the world started taking reforming steps towards embracing technological advancements to secure their business. Companies administer the work from home system. Organizations motivate employees to work from home even after the Covid situation.

Manufacturing Industry:

The manufacturing sector initially faced difficulty during covid. However, they recovered shortly manifesting success by transforming their methods that were in favor with the customers. 

Healthcare:

The healthcare system plays a crucial role in the betterment of mankind as health is the most important factor in one’s life. Since there was a risk in visiting a medical centre even for just a normal health check-up. Health centers have launched applications and online sources which facilitate patients to have face-to-face sessions with physicians. Additionally, accessing the medicines was made simple as they were delivered to the doorsteps.

Education:

The education system has turned over a new leaf, taking education to the online platform. Although there was a great deal of unprecedented confusion at first as well as students having difficulty getting used to the new education program, the online education system proved to be an exceptional platform for learning. There are a lot of massive open online course providers which came into existence with a huge number of courses in different streams which are designed in such a way that satisfies the student’s requirements. This type of education system is becoming an emerging business trend.

Establishment of traditional workspaces:

A massive amount of global businesses motivates their employees to work from home, even post-covid.  The remarkable growth in the stipulation for these online tools has operated as an impetus for other organizations to improve work-from-home commodities and services. 

Conclusion:

2021 is the year of progression. With the second wave still in sight, there will be furthermore transitions coming our way. The next normal would undoubtedly be different. That being said, rather than being despondent, we should strive to move forward by barring any trial that comes our way.
